DAY 13 - THE JOURNEY CONTINUES: JANUARY 13th, 2015

Last night the sinus cold and flu tried to come back on me - I stood on the WORD – "IT IS WRITTEN by His Stripes I was healed". "My body is the Temple of the Holy Ghost and sickness has no right to attach itself".
I am beginning to think that the devil has a fasting playbook. When "faster" reaches day 12 and 13 – “SEND COLD & FLU. When I did the 40 day fast in 2012, the exact same thing on the 12th and 13th day!
My health is good. Dropped 22 pounds to date. 

2 TIMOTHY 1:3-7
I thank God, whom I serve with a pure conscience, as my forefathers did, as without ceasing I remember you in my prayers night and day, greatly desiring to see you, being mindful of your tears, that I may be filled with joy, when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also. 

Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

2 CORINTHIANS 10:1-6
Now a I, Paul, myself am pleading with you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ - who in presence am lowly among you, but being absent am bold toward you. 

But I beg you that when I am present I may not be bold with that confidence by which I intend to be bold against some, who think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. 

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

ROMANS 12:1-2
A LIVING SACRIFICE
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
